Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AI platform and services known as Ameya (referred to as the "Service" or "Ameya") operated by KnowAll AI Technologies Inc. (referred to as "KnowAll AI," "us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

 

2. Services Provided

KnowAll AI provides various artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, APIs, software, and services under the name Ameya (the "Ameya Platform" or "Service") to assist users with tasks such as data processing, content generation, analysis, and other capabilities as described on our platform.

 

3. User Accounts and Access

  • Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

 

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

  • Pricing: Access to the Ameya Service may require payment of subscription fees or other charges ("Fees"), as detailed on our website. KnowAll AI reserves the right to modify its Fees at any time, but price changes will not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions for the remainder of their current term.

  • Billing: You agree to provide us with accurate and complete billing information. Failure to pay applicable Fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

  • Refunds: All Fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement or required by law.

 

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1. User Content

  • Definition: "User Content" means any data, text, files, information, or other material you upload, submit, store, send, or otherwise make available to the Ameya Service.

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of any User Content you submit, input, or generate using the Service, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the licenses granted herein.

 

5.2. KnowAll AI IP

  • The Ameya Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KnowAll AI Technologies Inc. and its licensors.

  • Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of KnowAll AI.

 

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Ameya Service:

  • Illegally or Fraudulently: In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

  • To Generate Harmful Content: To create or distribute content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable, or that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence.

  • To Infringe Rights: To infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person.

  • For Spam/Malware: To transmit any unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

  • To Reverse Engineer: To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.

 

KnowAll AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this Acceptable Use Policy.

 

7. AI Output Disclaimer

  • Inaccuracies: AI models can sometimes generate inaccurate, misleading, or biased information. KnowAll AI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output generated by Ameya. You should independently review and verify all generated output.

  • Risk: You acknowledge that you use the output of the Ameya Service at your own risk.

 

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Ameya Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KnowAll AI Technologies Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;

  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

  3. Any content obtained from the Service; and

  4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The company's registered address is 710 Lajoie Avenue, Dorval QC H9P 1G8, Canada. You agree that the courts of the Province of Quebec will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
